Bookings for high season summer are in 1 week intervals only (Saturday to Saturday) at this time. To inquire and/or book, please send an email below and we will respond to confirm any booking.
Current 2025 Availability (updated Feb 9, 2025):

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking ($500 non-refundable) and the balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Rates:

Low Season May 17, 2025 - June 27, 2025 & September 6, 2025 - October 18, 2025
- $2150 / week
- $600 weekend (Friday & Saturday, 2 nights) + $150 cleaning fee on weekend rentals only
- $900 Thanksgiving Weekend (Oct 10, 2024 - Oct 13, 2024) - 3 night minimum + $150 cleaning fee
High Season June 28, 2025 - September 5, 2025
- $2650 / week

Please note there is a $500 refundable security deposit on top of rental rate due with final balance payment 21 days before arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out if no damage. An additional Pet Cleaning Fee of $150.00 may be incurred, but only if evidence of pet hair or pet related messes require additional cleaning.

We accept E-Transfer only.

Rental includes both the main cottage and small cabin (one private property).

You will receive an information email package with full address, directions, details, rules and more information once your booking is confirmed with us.

Cancellation:

There is a $500 non refundable fee for any cancellation.
Any cancellation shall be in writing via email at least 21 days before the first day of set vacation booking date. On receipt of such notice of cancellation, only $500 is non-refundable.
If cancellation is within the 21 days before arrival the full rental cost is non-refundable.
No Refunds will be given due to weather and/or power outages during your rental.
