This is a private, exclusive cottage rental. 
One booking = the entire property (main cottage and small cabin).  No other quests can rent or stay during your booked dates.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking ($500 non-refundable), and the balance is due 21 days before arrival.

Rates:

• Low Season: May 16, 2026 - June 27, 2026 & September 12, 2026 - October 18, 2026

  • $2100 / week​

  • $600 weekend (Friday & Saturday, 2 nights) 

  • $1000 Thanksgiving Weekend (Oct 9, 2026 - Oct 12, 2026) for 3 nights minimum

  • $150 cleaning fee on top of rental rates noted above during low season for stays less than 7 days

• High Season: June 27, 2026 - September 12, 2026

  • $2700 / week​

• Pet Fee (applies to high and low season stays):​

  • $100 ​

Rental includes both the main cottage and small cabin (one private property). Please note there is a $500 refundable security deposit on top of the rental rate due with a final balance payment 21 days before arrival. A security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out if there is no damage. An additional Pet Cleaning Fee of $150.00 may be incurred (taken from the security deposit), but only if evidence of pet hair or pet-related messes requires additional cleaning.

Cancellation:

• There is a $500 non-refundable fee for any cancellation.

• Any cancellation shall be in writing via email at least 21 days before the first day of set vacation booking date. On receipt of such notice of cancellation, only $500 is non-refundable.

• If cancellation is within the 21 days before arrival, the full rental cost is non-refundable.

• No Refunds will be given due to weather and/or power outages during your rental.
